Blanik? We used to train on them (L13 and L23). IS28b2 is also capable of nice aerobatics. Did you do any?

Absolutely. Even a cheap 50$ ALDI road GPS could be used for same modification... And you get a marine GPS for less then 100.

@happyas: 5 years of gliding in Slovenia (DG-100, DG-300, Cirrus, Jantar Std, Duo Discus, Twin Astir). Nice Alps there, so pretty good conditions. Haven't have time to start doing it in AU as well

G'day guys. I'm considering buying my first dry pants. As far as I understand, there are only two proper options: Kokatat tempest dry pants or Lovig Kayak Fishing dry pants. I can't really find any differences between them, apart from the price (188 for Lovig and 210 for Kakatats). Am I missing some...

Hey.
Aren't those reinforced stripes in the inside of the lid thick enough, so you could make holes there and cable tie the battery box on them (without drilling holes through the lid)? To late now, but worth a thought for any otherone, trying to do the same...
