Hi Gozz, Rivets in plastic are a challenge as under load the plastic can deform and allow the heads to pull through the plastic. Picked up this thread a bit late. Nice design.
Question - 316 or 304 grade stainless? 316ss being the more resistant to corrosion in salt water, however 304ss being more economical.
