Re: my first kayak
I have the Maverick which I'd been using for the last 9 months, although it was a tug to paddle (meant for fishing not breaking speed records)it was a good kayak for what i wanted from it, while at SLH i looked at all the Lovig range and for the price they seemed really good.matari wrote:so my mother and father got me a kayak for my birthday as ever since dad got one i've been asking for one. i got a Lovig Kahawai 12 i'm in love it looks so nice and has a lot more space than i thought it would have. i'm looking forward to going out for the first time.
I think you will enjoy your Salmon (Kahawai) it's a nice yak, gratz on you first kayak, btw they look better once you add a few scales and squid ink lol
AWS is now stocking Lovig kayaks.

How did you go with it matari? I have also just got one of these kayaks. Keen to see or hear if you've made any additions.....

Re: my first kayak
We’ve done a few mods now, just got home from Cheaters “welding genius” workshop, with our new stainless rail.
Will get some photos over the weekend and post them up.
