Bottled yesterday they are all now safely stored in laundry for the next week at a steady 18 - 20 deg then out to the shed until they find their new home in my fridge, when filling was done there was a little left in the filling tube and I could not resist..

tastes real good...

I'm drinking a cheeky little domestic brew that has flavours of beer, laced with an aftertaste of beer and a delightful but pronounced nose of .....beer!! fark its good!!

its coopers real ale brewed in a hurry last week and bunged in a keg, force carbonated and slides down like a thing that slides down easy, sometimes simple is good

an all grain English county best bitter, malty dark and very nice with a curry.

Fishing and home brewing what a combination. I have been a home brewer ever since returning to AU to live just can't see myself paying the high price for a case of beer. I like coopers larger myself and was even brewing when we did our trip around aussie. Then I took that fatal step I brought an air still and the Jack Daniels company has never been the same. I look forward when I meet up with some of you guy's and have a good old fashion BBQ.
