Salmon patties

This is what I did with the salmon we caught .
After cooking in oven separated all white meat
and added to mashed potato mixed herbs and spices and garlic paste.
mixed it all together coated in egg and covered with breadcrumbs
and put on tray back into oven.This is how they turned out.

Now I'm on my way to becoming a Master Chef...NOT...cheers Jim

Looks ok Jim, imo FRESH salmon taste great just filleted and crumbed up, but the patties would be a nice alternative.
You are getting on to a few fish now eh, well done.

It's about getting the right amount of potato. I always add too much and the paties fall apart if you look at them without blinking for 15 seconds.
