Hi,
This is one of the best recipes of shark and once you have tried this you just cant get enough.....if you have the time give this a go, its a recipe from southern part of India. Most of the ingredients used in this dish has medicinal value and is good for your.
Pal sura/baby shark = Gummy shark (Indian)
I like adding a bit of fried cashews and grated cocunut close to the end.
