Chilli Snapper!!!

Post by viperdevil »

This recipe is great especially in winter.

1 kg Pinkie cleaned with few slits on both sides
1 Tbs Chilli Powder( Can go little lesser or more depending on how much toilet role you have at home )
1/2 Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Corn flour
1/4 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste
1/8 tsp Salt
1/4 red onion drizzled with 1/4 lime juice

Mix these contents into a thick paste, apply this paste all over the snapper and into the slits. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Shallow fry in a pan till well cooked. Serve with Red onion soaked in the lime juice and bread role/slice. This recipe can be tried with any fish and comes out great but i personally prefer Pinkie/Aust Salmon/Flathead for this recipe. If you happen to try this let me know on how you went.
