I like to mix recipe's up and tonight I tried something different, I have two satays I make, one more pea nutty that goes great with chicken and the other is what I call black satay that goes awesome with beef.
Tonight I made the black satay sauce up and then bbqed some steaks medium rare, 14 mins on my bbq or 2 beers
tipped the sauce over the steaks when done and OMG!! boy was it a good feed, still sucking the flavour outta my teeth after a beer and will definitely do that again
