This is similar to a previous recipe that I shared but a little different as it includes two of my favorite things... Mulloway and Broccoli ;)

cut up broccoli and leek and cook over a low heat in a big chunk of butter for about 8min...

Get a slab of Mulloway :yahoo: this was about 1.1kg and cut it into chunks

Increase to a medium heat and...
Add two table spoons of plain flour to the pan and stir it in for about 30sec
Add a good dash of white wine
Add two table spoons of lemon juice
Add about 300ml of thickened cream

Cook for a further minute then add...
parmesan cheese about 1/4 cup
chopped parsley
salt, pepper and tumeric

Then take off the heat and add the raw fish.
put it into a baking dish

Cover top with puff pastry and brush with egg..

Put into pre heated oven at 190 for 20-30min until golden brown...

Serve and enjoy

Sounds great but you need to highlight the importance of the pastry decoration most important part of the dish

I reckon that pastry mulloway on top would have taken about as long as preparing the rest of the dish. Showing off I reckon.
Well done.
