Fish in white/chease sauce with pasta

Haven't done it myself but try
seeded mustard, lemon juice, garlic fryed off. Deglaze with a little white wine, then add cream. Once thickening and combined add fresh herb maybe dill or chives and parsley and some lemon rind.
Get creative, like spicy, add chillies

I've done crumbed, battered, roasted, smoked and bbq but, i do like pasta an cheese
so im liking Robs idea but like a good aussie im waiting for more
im thinking maybe poached but i can't quite work out the details of the side dish yet

Good fish needs nothing to enhance it....but if you have to eat S#!^ fish then the more powerful the added flavour the better (Garlic, onion, chilli)
