Nice work Pete, i thought i could smell some delights wafting over my place last night, that squid recipe is a pearler, i'm going to try that one.

Can't give you much more info the ingredients for the squid recipe as I made it up as I went.
Well past the edge, almost at the point of no return.

and last nights dinner was a trio of fillets, basted in lemon garlic butter and grilled. absoluetly perfect with the whiting coming up just marginally better than the flathead and only slightly better than the pinkie - time to restock.
Well past the edge, almost at the point of no return.
