Tried your salt and vinegar recipe on my flatties. Was really good. It's more about the crunch than anything. You can smell the vinegar while preparing, but there is probably just a hint when eating. Will use it shin for the crunchy factor. Cheers.

The crunch is wicked i tried it on some kingy yesterday came up awesome aswell dam

There is a brand of Japanese breadcrumbs called panko which you can get at supermarket which is also pretty good.
