Sweet
People laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at them because they're all the same.

Re: fish and chips
I have to say it's been years since we have deep fried anything and just as long since we've had batter on fish but staying with our mates at Eden changed that somewhat.
We have had some sensational meals of tuna and gummy recently, shallow fried in olive oil and in a light batter! More weight going on and higher cholesterol, but YUM!

Don't worry Digger the Olive Oil gets a heart tick. Monounsturated fat is supposed to help reduce cholesterol. Problem is it is still fat so not good for the waist line.

Trevally (salt & pepper flour) and chips tonight.
Well past the edge, almost at the point of no return.
