Perfect for a weekend meal.
1. Clean, scale and dry the fish with paper towels. Make several cuts on each side of the fish.
2. Melt a little margarine or butter and fry a few almond slivers, tossing them frequently on medium heat. Remove from heat once they are brown.
3. Take a little honey, ginger, lemon juice and soy sauce and heat it on a pan just to turn the honey into liquid.
4. Now in the same pan in which you cooked the almond, add more butter if necessary and cook shallots until softened. Add it to the soy mixture.
5. Place the fish in a shallow dish and pour over the honey and soy mixture and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
6. Take some large pieces of aluminum foil- so as to completely wrap each fish. rub some butter on it. Sprinkle the toasted almonds over the fish and also place some inside the cavity. Pour over some more of the marinade. Wrap each fish securely and place in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Let me know how it turns out!

Re: Bream with Honey and Almond Recipe
Sounds like a good one, as long as the bream don't come from the Nong or the Patto, altho that may just add some extra spice to the dish
