Re: ppb lures on the troll
Best colours would be silver sides, black back with some red underneath. This has been my consistent best colour in either Berkley frenzies or Rapala taildancer TDD's. I've found it hard to get similar colours in the Sebile Koolie Minnows and am about to recoat/paint a couple of battered ones to match the silver/black/red. The previous best pattern in the Koolies was the blue pilchard colour.

I have a blue sebile that i like do you use various depths and sizes ? repainting is a cool idea.
I have also used 5 inch plastics old me with no luck. i had a chat with a bloke from the willly angling club and he informed me out of a yak stump jumpers work well due to the hard action at slow speed so i have raided my fresh water kit
