Dismal effort by me today, but 2 new species, Pike 38cm caught on 60cm trolled green/red shallow diving floating lure and a blue throat wrasse (female) caught on a mussel. The bloody bluey took my line under a rock and I tried to muscle it out with the graphite rod, ping went the new $100 rod, firetruck went me!!!!! Still managed to land the fish and take a pic. The pike pic was a bit blurred because it still had the lure in its gob (not the blue popper below it) and was jumping around.

My mistake, I meant Bemm. Great effort on the other fish, bummer about the camera.

Wondering if it would be worthwile getting a running total going (teams and solos)? might be a big job to have to try and add all these posts up in 6+ months time. Any thoughts??
