G'day Joshua. I was checking the site and noticed your review. I have a Cobra Tourer SoT and much the same as with your process, put it through it's paces bit by bit. When putting on the anchor trolley, I had the feeling (and later confirmed), that the safest length is from stern to mid point-going all the way to the bow can drag you if there's a strong current. Also if anchored from the stern, your line is always pointing forward.
The main point is your wheel trolley, as I made one near identical. I picked up on the low setting of your cross bar, having set mine too high-the thing snapped at the axle join. Seeing your photo of the trolley and the penny dropped. Cheers.
