Oh My F#$&en Gummy
Just cooked up some of the gummy I caught yesterday, I just cut it all up into fish bites, floured it with a bit of lemon pepper mixed in as well then shallow fried it in the pan....OMG....you will never taste anything better, and certainly not from your local F&C shop. I have the green light from Mrs yakhangger to go fishing for gummy again I got around 2.3kg of meat from my 108cm fish which ended up in three freezer bags which when my kids get home from nannas won't last long, so long as I don't eat it all first
