Quesadilla

Caught anything lately? Post up how you cooked it here and if it was a success. Doesn't only have to be fish....

Quesadilla

Post by Ghurkin »

I make these most weekends

cook a rump steak till its medium rare, then let it sit whils you prepare the rest.

spread some tortillas with BBQ or chilli sauce.
cook some onions and diced capsicums in a frypan
grate some cheese.

thinly slice the rump steak and start loading up the tortillas, just cover half the tortilla
top with fried onion and casicum
smother with cheese

fold top over so it looks like a pasty shape.
sprinkle some more cheese on top.

bung it in the oven or weber BBQ for 12 minutes.

enjoy wuth a good ale and say hi to Elvis

Cheers Stevo

People laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at them because they're all the same.

Or you can do them like a tortilla sandwich and pop them in the focaccia maker! Love 'em!
Money doesn't buy happiness. But it buys fishing gear and that's almost the same thing.
