We copped it later in the evening shortly after friends that live on the water at Eagle Point rang to ask what was happening out here as they could see across to us and said that the light show was incredible.
We had heavy rain for 10 to 15 minutes and I guess between 15 and 20 mm totals. (haven't been out to check it yet) Looking at the radar before it came and we were only ever going to catch the edge of it. Good for the garden though as I fertilised the veggies yesterday.

Came through around 3:30 here, we'd just had the entire school playground torn up and releveled this week ready for sythentic turf to go down on the weekend, now we've got a great pile of gravel at the bottom of the yard instead of the top where it started. rains gone sun is out but the wind is sticking around at this point...
