BBQ baked whole snapper
recently caught a big ass snapper and wasnt sure what to do with it so i decided to bake it in the barbie,just made it up as i went the fish was about 6 kg after i clend and scaled it i cut 4 or 5 deep scores on bothe sides and stuufed them with thin slices of orangees and lemons laid down some ally foil and then some baking paper and laid the fish on it then i diced up some onions tomatoes and dilland stufed the S#!^ outa that fish with all that good gear and the rest of the oranges and lemons smear a little butter or marge on the fish fold up the sides of the foil and poor in a real helping of sav blonc and seal it up place it on a rack on the barbie an close the lid bake oa low to med heat for about 1 to 11/2 hours depending on size of the fish and thats it
