Good luck boys, hope a Victorian smacks the field.
I'm envious of you guys as well, its fine to say you love fishing and competing but you forgot the major thing (for me anyway) MONEY to get to all the rounds would be near impossible for my poultry Fitters wage. I reckon its about time the ABT had a Victorian bream classic dedicated to kayak fishing, as they already do with the boat brigade, if they did this in all states and say the top 3 of each state qualifies for the Grand final at an awesome fishery like Forster or similar it would be great.
I love the concept of whats inplace already and reckon its one of the best run and managed competitions i've ever done (not just fishing) but it really only attracts full commitment from those cashed up or those lucky enough to get a long weekend every fortnight.
I'll be at Marlo, booked accom. looking forward to it, should be an ace weekend, i just wished i could get to more of them.
