I caught a mixed bag of calamari and cuttlefish a few weeks back at fishies beach, we cooked the lot up all together- the only thing we did different with the cuttlefish was tenderizing the flesh by bashing with a rolling pin.
It all went on a super hot Barbie.
The squid tasted the same as the cuttlefish- it was all superb
