Here's a couple of recipes I made recently.
Know any others?

VB Stubby Bread

3 cups flour (plain or self-raising)
3 tsp baking powder (if using plain flour)
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cold VB Stubby
1/4 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius.
Mix dry ingredients, then add beer, do not over mix.
Pour into greased pan then pour melted butter over the top.
Bake for 1 hour.

VB Stubby Scones

3 cups flour (plain or self-raising)
3 tsp Baking Powder (if using plain flour)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup raisins
1 cold VB Stubby
Preheat oven to 240 Celsius.
Mix dry ingredients and butter then add raisins.
Add just enough beer for a soft dough, about 300 mls
Turn onto a board and cut into 1 cm high rounds.
Place on tray lined with baking paper.
Bake until done, about 15 mins.

Cheers.

I'm a baker by trade. Tried to make beer and potato bread once at work well that's what we told my boss he brought six long necks and a bag of spuds we ended up throwing the spuds in the paddock behind the bakery and drank the the beer then told him we made it but it tasted like crap.
