Glad you put that last bit in Neil. What shits me is car drivers that disregard my safety when I'm on my motorbike, so bloody big and tough when there behind a couple of ton of metal. Especially the smart arses that sit on my rear tyre. They need to remember that when they get out of their car I'm the one with all the protection on.
fair enough i try to practice with protection and unless they wear crotch plates nothing a kick to balls wont fix...lol, but i would never tailgate thats my second pet hate... i had a bike split a lane once doing over 100km on a resi street, didnt see him coming through until the last minute so i honked my horn and pulled the bird, he turned around came up side of me and asked me to pull over, i did and we exchanged some nice words, i just said, i hope you dont have a mother, father , brother or sister or even kids, cos if some one changed lanes at the last minute ( not expecting someone to come flying through the traffic), his family would be the ones dealing with it not you...a few more words exchanged and he apologized, we shook hands on off he went. i think common sense needs to be applied and doing stupid S#!^ like that is asking for it.
I am an ex bike rider , had my bike lic before my car in WA and after a near death experience never got back on a road bike again...and never will.
the other thing that pissus me orf....when the salmon are on fire and some dick goes straight through the middle in their boat.. ruins it for everyone..
