cheap, quick, portable yak stands.

Post by Ghurkin »

Needed a stand for the yak so off to the local tip recycle shop, brought 2 folding aluminium chairs with ripped seats for 50 cents each., they have high density foam arm rests and are perfect for what I want.

Drilled out the rivets holding the backrests on and I now have 2 lightweight, portable, folding yak stands.

Total cost $1.00, time to make, 10 minutes
People laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at them because they're all the same.

Happy Sailing Fishing and keep blowing bubbles.

Wasn't it Bilby who started talking about plastic dolls in another thread ? I am starting to think the dolls name is Hobie and the lube of choice is "NOT" inox :?
