Basically all I do is make up a mix of diced cooked prawn, spring onion, capsicum & vermacelli bean thread noodles (very fine looks like 15 pound fishing line, but once soaked in water for 15 mins it goes very soft)..a bit of pepper & a nice dollop of sweet chilli sauce ,mix well and stuff everything into the squid tube, use a tooth pick to close the opening of the tube and pan fry or quickly deep fry...also great put across the grill on your BBQ.
