As above... but f they aren't fresh leave them in the fridge or a slurry for a few hrs and they still work ok

Ripping the bones out with the skin works best when the fish are fresh, so do it as soon as possible after catching

At the end of the day, we need investment and it's not like they can pick up the land and take it with them. It's only valuable to them if they can make it productive - which means tax revenue for the govt. I think the recent sale of the Tasmanian dairy farm was a good example of how to do it right,...
