Re: What rods do you take?

I can see this becoming somewhat of an addiction! no it gets boring pretty quickly  just looking back through my posts I found my first kayak fishing trip with my first kayak that was Aug 2010 and funny 2 of the rods I had that day I still use between them they probably count for over 500...

Re: What rods do you take?

I was wondering how many rods and what sizes you generally take out with you? Is it dependant on what species you intend on targeting? Or do you take a variety to be prepared for anything? Re: Adventure Island trailer mod

Just playing devil's advocate here, but wood for a trailer-box? I get the DIY angle, but that seems like a whole world of pain waiting to happen... There's a good reason all commercial boxes are made for welded galv or alloy. Cheers, Mike. strangely enough Mike I also went with wood this time howev...

Re: filleting stiff snook

The difference between good fish and bad fish is usually the recipe. Some people don't take to the stronger flavour of oily fish. I don't mind it at all. People tell me oily fish generally smokes well. I tried some smoked Aussie Salmon once. Once was enough. Some say Salmon is only good for fish ca...

Re: 6X4 TRAILER CONVERSION TO SUIT PA (finished pics )

Cheater, I've always interpreted it that just an extending draw bar wouldn't be enough. You would also need another load attachment point further forward yes Shane there will be some sort of clamped on front support and I have to relocate the spare wheel - this week ends chore seeing fishing is sti...
