Hi Guys Is the new Hobie cart (wider track) is of the same build 'quality' as the old one (tack welds that break)? Mine '09 model cart is on its last legs, looking to replace it so my options are: 1) Custom made one for outback with support collars for the scupper holes 2) Get one from Vosscon engin...

Most are advertised as water-proof, and most are to some extent (1m or so). Just pay attention to the connectors and give them a good doze of water repellent like wd40 after each use. DO NOT have battery connected continuously - this will kill your connections in a few weeks.Come and see some setups...
