Re: questions from beginner
I see the theory of what you are going for there, but if I have understood it correctly, your trolley would have to be hollow so you could put the rope through it. Also if the trolley is attached like that, where does it go when you are in the water? There's also the safety issue for me of another s...

Re: questions from beginner
Hi Frank, I'm sure you'll get more detailed answers from some of the veterans on here, but as far as question 2 goes, I have the transducer mounted in the scupper hole of my kayak and most are designed in such a way as to protect it when it is installed. Re: Cobra Fish'n'Dive
Yeah Corey, Andrew mentioned you had one, those paddles are a good advertisement for him on Youtube! Did you go with the marauder hatch with the bucket/tackle box on yours, if so how did that work out for you?

Cobra Fish'n'Dive
The day finally arrived to collect my new Cobra from Melbourne Kayaks in Glen Waverley. IMG_0127R.jpg Threw together a little homemade trolley using a block of timber and some 35mm piping from Bunnings. The wheels are $10 at Supercheap Auto so all up I was out of pocket about $50.
