I don't believe it!

The time came to have to get a new car and a search on Gumtree revealed the car I have always wished for that suits all my needs...a Subaru Forester. We drove to Melb to check it out at a dealership. Even tho it was a 2009 the mileage was low, pristine in condition and a gorgeous burgundy colour. I ...

Re: Newbie

Personally I don't believe dogs and watercraft go together but Ridgies are people sized dogs and I'm wondering how you can get a ridgeback back into t...

Re: Bushfires in NSW

That's a creepy reminder of Ash Wednesday down here in '83. We live in the Otways now and fire is always a worry. A fringe benefit of buying that caravan is that we thought of keeping it in a park somewhere throughout the fire season for a bolt hole in case we have to evacuate. Didn't think of that ...

Who's doing what for Grand Final Day?

We are at home and going to watch the match on the big TV. I've got my knitting ready, the fire lit and party pies & spring rolls thawing. I bought one of those mixmasters so its having its maiden mix today....hot scones, homemade strawberry jam and whipped vanilla cream for the last quarter! :D...
