Setting a date for CBD lunches

Post by Outback Yak »

Hi all, at the March monthly CBD lunch the wise men attending thought it made sense to nominate a set date for future lunches......and agreed to the 3rd Wednesday of the month as the date. This should make it an easy reference date for those wanting to attend or those who may want/need to arrange meetings, etc around the lunch and are desperate to be there :wtf: The location will probably swing between the Euro Cafe and The Mitre and your feedback is welcome.

I'm back from Brisbane and landing at Tulla at 11.20am next Wednesday so I doubt I'll get to the lunch in time....but if it's decided to attend The Mitre I'll definitely call in to say hello! Over to you guys...... :wave1:

I'm not one of the wise men and wasn't at the March Lunch but I suggest Weds 20th April - Mitre at 12:30.

Wednesday's are no good for me now, have a standing appointment with a group for running the tan loop.

Trying to keep the legs in condition for when I get my yak out again eventually

Hey Hamish,
Why not bring the yak in to town and get the legs in condition by going for a peddle up the Yarra at lunchtimes.
Parking & Launch may be possible across the road from the tan near the rowing clubs boat sheds.

No need to stick with a pre-determined day. Just pick another day we can all make.
