If it hovers without input...could you tether it while you were at anchor Mav ?

You theoretically could just set it to hover above you without any tether. But I have enough gear already on my yak, mmmmm might need Dad's PA 12.

I can see RV knocking up a perfect launch/landing pad for the back of a PA. Even more room on a 14.maverick wrote:You theoretically could just set it to hover above you without any tether. But I have enough gear already on my yak, mmmmm might need Dad's PA 12.

Yeah that is a beauty - waterproof. Only has a 20 min flight time and then a 2 hour recharge time - no interchangeable batteries. Although when it is released in Feb they have hopefully rectified that.

A PA14 should have enough deck space for a solar panel and a charge set, at 20 minutes fly/2 hours charge you just need 6 of them on cycle to never stop filmingmaverick wrote:Yeah that is a beauty - waterproof.
