Scallop Yak Scuba Dive Dec 1st - Rye

Post by maverick »

Prior to heading out on the 3 Island Cruise on December 1st, if I can find a dive buddy, I might drop in for a scallop dive at Tyrone Beach. Anyone else interested?

One of my last Scallop dives:

Well past the edge, almost at the point of no return.

Would love to do this sometime but can't dive that deep. Anyway next weekend I'll be heading down to Warrnambool freediving for crays.

Yeah 10+ is getting a little deep for an old fart like me to free dive too, once i can find someone that can come out with me im going to try and find an area around indented heads or st leonards a bit shallower, i saw some when we launched from avalon and that area does look good so will have to get back over there at some stage, but hope you enjoy my share of the scallops

Yeah. Received my 10 new tags in the mail. But only after having to log last years 10 as unused. This year will be different! :?
