You can't really tell until you have tried them unless other people have had experiences, another site I have used for lures has been http://wlure.com/, alot of the lures are good a few of the diving ones are a leaking. If you want a lure as good as a rapala or even better and cheaper try http://www.wildbait.com/.

Buy em & post up a report & let us all know how they go. If nothing else they'll catch flatties. Reels are super cheap too. They'd have to be crap.

I cant say how these lures would be, but I have got hooks and swivels from china before, and they are pretty crappy and break easy...you have to remember that china's metal quality is garbage.
But maybe buy some for a trial and change the hooks first.

Those Kamikazi lures look excellent value.
And they look good as well. Free postage and the packs are a decent price to play with.

Re: Cheap Ebay lures..
I've bought a number of lures from wlure. All the shapes I've used swim well and I've taken a few fish with them. You get what you pay for in terms of quality but they are probably about the best of the cheaper ones I've used.
I find it hard to go past rapalas or heddons (topwater) these days for trout, bass or estuary creeks and usually pick these up in small multiples via US ebay sites at good prices. Usually between $4-$7 plus postage (which usually drops significantly for multiples)
