hey Guys,
I picked up a secondhand Kingfisher today for $390, with paddle. Its clean as a whistle and only two years old. Rarely used.
It is our family kayak but really i bought it for my 11yo daughter who loves to fish with me, normally on the back of my outback but at 40kgs she is growing too fast to continue with that.
Did i pay too much?
Will it be suitable for her?
new Kingfisher did i do ok?

In answer to your question, I think you did very well with that buy. Good on you for taking steps to include your daughter in enjoying your past time.

People laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at them because they're all the same.

She will hate you. You have the Outback and she has the paddle yak.
Well past the edge, almost at the point of no return.
