This Trailer is being advertised on the Tradingpost Item no. TP003262777 if anyone is interested. Located in Seymour which is just down the road so I can check it out for anyone if your keen.. One of the best Camping Yak trailers I have seen but out of my budget he wants a bit over 5000.000 for it, a good buy if you had the money.

I have have trailer i made about 8 years ago out of an old Toyota 12 seater bus for camping up the Murray. It normally would have a futton bed bed up front with 2 or 3 dirt bikes in for when we head up there for our anual Melbourne cup weekend but i made some racks up inside for a recent trip to Marlo with BPMICK and Mick From the forum.
Some of you may Have a laugh but with curtains covering all windows all doors locked no one knows what you have inside is you want to stop for a bite to eat and a beer or two.
Everyone justs looks and laughs or says that a good idea. It cost me about $500 bucks to make, all the original tail lights work after i spent a S#!^ load of time underneath on the 200 or so wires on the old existing wiring loom. The interior lights all work with with a water 98 ltr water tank in place where the old deisel tank was with a 12 volt water pump to boot. There are 2 cig sockets one for tv or what ever and the other for the shower pump in shower tent. Originally i was going to make a cut straight down next to the sliding door and make fold down double bed from either side into the middle when a mate suggested it be a little longer so the bikes can be in the back and on the long trips if i do any i could have power nap or snooze or even nookie in the back if i had a bed up front. Now thanks to my mate Robo i can fit 3 or more kayaks or more if i wanted to inthe the back. And also re shaping it to a similar shape to the original it is vert aerodynamic and easily sits on 120kmh.

Painkiller, that trailer is brilliant, secure in transit, somewhere to grab 40 winks or firm cheeks ;), safe home storage, top stuff.

Curious, how long a kayak could you fit in there ???

How did you do the axle ???
